He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and even kindly arranged a taxi for us as we were leaving Florence. It’s the small gestures like that, paired with genuine kindness, that make an experience unforgettable.

Carlo thought of everything, even providing umbrellas, which were a lifesaver during the rainy days of our visit. The medicine cabinet above the sink was another thoughtful touch—it kept our toiletries neatly organized.

The apartment is just as described in the photos. It is very clean, well laid out, and good for two separate friends staying there as there is a pull out couch.
The location is excellent - we walked everywhere and could easily find our way back again. We felt right at home and it was no problem to walk out the door and find everything we needed.

Location was great - everything seems to be between 10-15 minute walking distance. I was surprised by the amount of mosquitoes/mosquito bites I had after the first night, but Carlo has 2 mosquito vapor plug-ins in the apartment which took care of that problem right away. Super charming place and would highlight recommend!
