From the Main Train Station (Santa Maria Novella, see map) you can take the bus n° 14 (direction Girone), 23 (direction Sorgane) and 6 (direction Novelli), until bus stop Colonna 1, the stop is one block away from home. Alternatively you can walk (20 minutes) or take a taxi (5 minutes).
If you arrive by car, please notice that in Florence you can’t enter in the center with the car from 7:30 a.m to 19.30 pm (you will find a red light where you can’t pass with the car).
Very close to the house there are some private parking, if you use one of them you can enter the in the center area at any time, they will allow your car access after you reach the parking.

The best option is GARAGE DOWNTOWN (see map) it’s very close and charges about 30€ per day.
Second option is GARAGE FIESOLANA (see map) it charges 25€ for small medium cars and 30€ per day for suvs and larger cars.

A little farther from the house there is a public closed parking, PARCHEGGIO SANT’AMBROGIO, (see map) in piazza Ghiberti, next to piazza sant’Ambrogio where you’ll spend less (5 minutes walking).
